We celebrate being us,
We balance rules, 
That are just,
We draw the boundaries,
With mutual trust.

May a lady never be 
Too eager to please,
Or forced to live 
In dread or fear,
Cry alone or hide a tear.

It's 2022,
She's talented too;
Free to choose, 
What to do.

It fills the heart 
With hope and joy
To see Omani women
In every field lead,
She may or may not
Choose to cook,
To stay home and clean 
She's free and does
What she feels like, 
She is free to choose, 
It's her life.

She may become a leader, 
Researcher or Engineer,
Or a happy home maker,
Do both maybe,
Niether in extreme.
It's her choice, 
Whatever her dream.
 
Today let's celebrate,
Insist she shows
Some self love,
Enjoys a good treat, 
Or shops
Some lovely jewellery, 
A new dress, or 
A brand new Lamborghini;
Or may all she does need
Is Me-time by the beach,
Or a yoga retreat. 

If you care for her,
Show true respect
And smile and say OK, 
Let her disagree on views,
Let her choose to refuse. 

She can grow in many ways 
The list is endless, 
Its her only life, 
She must live it 
Happily,regret less, 
Be treated like a queen,
Wear her crown 
And follow her dream.
